Add a Documentation for @draftbit/ui package.

- The package is available on the npm, although the links linking to GitHub there are wrong and we're landing in a 404 Github page.
- Also the only information about the package in the Readme is that it's based on react-native-paper. As a developer it would be really great to see more documentation on that library and how does it differ from the original.
