Save components, blocks, or screens for reuse

I would like the ability to save components, groups of components (i.e. custom blocks), or entire screens at the profile level so that I can reuse them in multiple apps.

Thank Nick to move my message. I need to see the user-component(s) into the vertical left list within "Asset" section, or with a button for a new section named [Custom-Block].
